Welcome to Eden Wigs. This website is operated by Eden Wigs (ABN: 27 696 524 606).By accessing or using our website www.edenwigs.com.au and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1.2 Products & Availability
We take reasonable care to ensure that product details, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations (including colour differences due to lighting or screen settings) may occur. All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update product details at any time.
1.3 Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.We accept secure payment methods including: Visa Mastercard PayPal Apple Pay, Google Pay, Other methods as displayed at checkout.
Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.An order is confirmed once payment has been received in full and you have received an order confirmation email.
1.4 Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes:Australia: 4–8 business days.
All orders include tracking, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including carrier delays.
1.5 Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we accept returns only under the following conditions: The wig is unworn, unused, and unaltered The lace has not been cut , The item is returned in its original condition and packaging, Return request is made within 7 days of delivery, Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
1.6 Refunds
Approved returns are eligible for Store credit, orRefund to the original payment method, where required under Australian Consumer Law Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
1.7 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@edenwigs.com.au, including your order number and photos of the issue.We will resolve this promptly with a replacement, store credit or refund.
1.8 Hygiene Policy
Wigs and hairpieces are considered personal-use items.Items that have been worn, altered, or had the lace cut cannot be returned unless faulty.
1.9 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eden Wigs is not liable for Delays caused by shipping carriers, Incorrect information provided by customers, Misuse of products, Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1.10 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, branding, and design, is the property of Eden Wigs and may not be used without permission.
1.11 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to Australian jurisdiction.
